These credits are specifically for the Petey Cerf Early Education Center for Children & Families and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Anyone with a Kansas tax liability is eligible for a tax credit with a $250 donation made to Ballard for the Cerf project. With the $250,000 tax credit allocation, Ballard hopes to turn the credits into $500,000 in donations towards the building of the Petey Cerf Center for Children & Families.
