At the Ballard Center, we ensure that you have the proper training, curricular resources, classroom supplies, and coaching to be successful in your classroom. Using best practice education and social/emotional curriculums you will teach children ages 2- 5. Our classrooms are assisted by a Social and Emotional Coordinator and Curriculum Coordinator as well as trained community volunteers who provide students with one-on-one learning supports.

We offer paid time off, paid holidays and generous reduced tuition for staff with children enrolled at Ballard. If you are the right candidate to become lead classroom certified, we pay all training costs while you learn. Teachers at Ballard also receive regular performance pay increases.
